Professional experience
I am a clinical psychologist with an MS in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Beaconhouse National University. I’ve completed my clinical training at Jinnah Hospital and at various institutes for children. I have the experience and the expertise needed for the management of Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Grief, Phobias and Trauma. My approach towards therapy is mostly based around CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and Narrative Therapy. I provide counselling to teenagers as well as couples and people with relational issues. I believe therapy can do wonders if a person feels motivated to work with a therapist and bring the chang they need in their lives. I offer 15 minutes free consultation as well for those who need clarity. I offer in person as well as online sessions. Other than this I like to read a lot, I enjoy music and solitude.

I received therapy from her an year ago and it really turned things around . She somehow seem to know everything that was wrong with me . I started feeling more confident and became the best version of mine and above all I never felt as if my privacy was going to be breached . I would highly recommend Dr. Iqra Naz for a CBT .

I charge 3000 for a 60 minutes session. I offer a 15 minute free consultation in which you can discuss your problem with me and assess if I am the kind of therapist you need and I can do my own assessment as well.

There is no typical process, every client's need is different as are the struggles they are dealing with. I assess the problem in the first session mostly and discuss the possible treatment options with my clients and then we start the therapeutic process. I do not believe in a diagnosis or labeling people with mental health conditions. I mostly use CBT and Narrative Therapy as therapeutic approaches in dealing with my clients.

I have an MS degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Beaconhouse National University. I completed my clinical training at Jinnah Hospital and have worked at an counseling facility in Lahore. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Relational Issues, Grief and Anger.

Therapy takes time, in order to find solutions to long term problems you have to take little significant steps to get to the bottom of it. When hiring a professional, keep in mind that there's no quick fix in therapy and your motivation and input is the main agent of change. A Therapist is just someone who facilitates you in your journey

If they are ready for therapy. If the Therapist they are reaching out to is the right person for their issues. They can take a session and see if they vibe with the therapist as well. A good therapeutic relationship can be very beneficial.
