A typical process of working with a new client is that we tend to spend most of our initial time becoming aware of the ways the client works and identifying the GAPS that stand out within their processes. Furthermore, our team has regular meetings on the periodic reports, depending upon the visits made which could be daily, and discuss how to improve those problems and inefficiencies. And then we move forward according to a pre-planned strategy of dealing with the client's work
We have mainly worked with NGOs and Startups or companies who are in their initial phase of working and cannot cope with the level of growth
